Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat a cast iron pan or fryer to 350°.
  2. Drain fish.
  3. Roll fish in mix until well coated. Shake off excess.
  4. Carefully place the filets in the hot oil.
  5. Deep fry until golden brown.
  6. "Pass a good time" (Cajun for have fun).
